In pursuit of a greater NAKLAS , the leadership of National Association of Kwara State Law Students (NAKLAS, National headquarters) has on wednesday 12th August 2020 met with the former Special adviser on women affairs to the immediate past Governor of Kwara State and the Managing Partner of Biola Adimula & Co, Dr. Mrs Ruth Abiola Adimula .
The meeting which was held at the law chamber of the new patroness as part of the mission and vision of the leadership of the association, was in a bid to give fellow Naklasites good representation both at the national and international parlance.
However, after the meeting, NAKLAS recognized the efforts and giant strides of the learned lawyer in advocacy, humanity, peacemaking and her charismatic way of leadership. Therefore, the leadership appointed her as the new Naklas patroness
On this note, the leadership of the Association is delighted to inform all Naklasites that the new patroness has promised to be dedicated and committed in the discharge of her duties, most especially to intervene impactfully in the creation of NAKLAS Directorate of Scholarship (NDS) and as well the forthcoming cyber security workshop.
The CTC Chairman of the Association, Comrade Moshood Ibrahim while reacting to the good gesture of the learned lawyer, thanked her for the unprecedented decision in the acceptance of the offer and her vow in taking NAKLAS to the promise land. She also promised that NAKLAS will be an abiding force in the implementation of all her advices and be fair enough to her members in all dealings, most importantly to justify the creation of the new NAKLAS Directirate of Scholarship.
Conclusively, the leadership of NAKLAS will continue to safeguard the interest of all NAKLASites and not relent in her efforts to give them good representation both at the National and International level.
