Personal Biography

Ayodeji is a first-class graduate of Afe Babalola University (2016) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Public Policy from Queen Mary University of London and another on Human Rights from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She is a member of the Nigerian Society of International Law, Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration, Chartered Institute for Commercial Arbitration (UK), Nigerian Bar Association and the International Federation of Women Lawyers. She is solution-driven and can make the best out of the most difficult situation.

Ayodeji is a detail-oriented lawyer. She loves to help people tailor their ideas to achieve their desired goals and has a passion for iNGOs, NGOs, small businesses and human rights advocacy. Her interests and competencies are in business consultancy and advisory. She was once a UN Rapporteur at a UN High Level Summit at the UN headquarters in New York. Her work experience spans across the African Union Mission to the UN (New York), the UNESCO Centre for Global Education (New York), ECOWAS Parliament (Nigeria), National Institute for African Studies, UK (Nigerian branch), etc.

Ayodeji has severally represented the Nigerian/African child/youth in several international youth platforms in the USA, UAE, Asia and Africa. She advocated for the establishment of a Family Court in Kwara State, which has now adjudicated more than 500 cases and co-founded the Kiddies Sight-Saving Endowment Fund, a foundation which was set up to sponsor eye surgeries of indigent children in Kwara State. The said foundation has saved more than 70 eyes of indigent children. In addition, Ayodeji has volunteered in many NGOs including but not limited to the Women and Child Watch Initiatives, Becky’s Foundation, Riverwood Switch Foundation, etc.

Ayodeji is an academic and professional scholar. She is a recipient of many scholarship awards including but not limited to the IYLA (USA) Scholarship, the University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Law’s Scholarship Award to attend a short course, the Kwara Class of Honours Award by the immediate past Senate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Dr. Bukola Saraki and Afe Babalola University Scholarship Awards.
